Henry Birnkrant and Craig Pett participated in this conference sponsored by the American Bar Association Tax Section. Henry Birnkrant was a featured panelist during the session, "Current Advance Pricing Agreement Program Developments." This panel addressed recent changes in the APA Program, including the new role of the U.S. Competent Authority office in processing APAs, the location of the APA Program, the independence of the APA Program, and suggestions on ways to make the APA Program more efficient.
Craig Pett was the vice-chair and a featured panelist during the session, "Employee Benefits Government and Tax Exempt Plans Update."
