Willa Brucker presented at this upcoming webinar hosted by Chatham Financial.  This was an exclusive webinar for financial institutions regarding the implementation of derivatives regulation under the Dodd-Frank Act. Focusing specifically on the impact of derivatives regulation on loan-level hedging programs, this webinar: 

    • explained the impact of regulations on the operations of a bank’s customer hedging program, including the impact of the recently finalized rule that defines, among other terms, "swap dealer" and "eligible contract participant";
    • detailed the changes to documentation likely to be required as a result of Dodd-Frank; and
    • provided an update on recent regulatory developments and identify key open issues.
