Alston & Bird ranked 7th with 88 cases in the Federal District Court category and 5th with 73 cases in the District Court Defense category on Corporate Counsel’s annual Patent Litigation Survey.  The survey captures which firms are most active in the patent litigation space. Alston & Bird has appeared on this prestigious list since the early 2000s.
