Paul Martino was part of the panel presentation "Emerging Issues for Mobile/Online Privacy and Security" at this annual event, part of the Attorneys General Public Policy Institute on Financial Services Regulation, sponsored by the George Mason University School of Law. This policy institute covered several topical issues relevant to the financial services industry. In addition to Paul's panel presentation, topics included the economics of financial consumer protection; economics of innovation, with applications to financial services; economics of the credit/debit industry; regulatory cost/benefit analysis with applications under Dodd-Frank; and the role of behavioral economics in framing regulatory policy for the financial services industry.
