Mary Gill was a featured panelist during this program sponsored by Women in Law Empowerment. This panel comprised of senior women attorneys discussed the powerful networks women attorneys should be building to advance within the legal profession. The panel included several members of a unique networking group located across the United States/Canada and who originally met at a corporate women's retreat. Years later, these women continue to meet in-person twice a year to discuss business issues and work experiences, to brainstorm, problem solve, give and receive feedback, and to mentor each other. This dynamic group also actively refers business to each other. This program was moderated by The Careerist, Vivia Chen.
