ACCess MCLE: Your Relationship With Outside Counsel - Hiring and Managing Law Firm Attorneys
Alston & Bird sponsored the following programs on October 21, each hosted by the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. The programs covered the basic issues concerning the retention and management of outside counsel, and special issues that arise in the context of the relationship between in-house and outside counsel. The program was presented in the context of a hypothetical transaction and subsequent litigation arising from a deal gone sour.
