Alston & Bird Partners Cited by Daily Report “Deal Watch”

Alston & Bird partners Susan Wilson, Andrew Stephenson and Mark Rusche were cited in a Daily Report “Deal Watch” article discussing their client Aflac’s recent purchase of South Carolina-based Continental American Insurance Co.  Alston & Bird worked on the transaction, which took about five months to complete.  “This was a strategic move for Aflac,” Wilson said.  “They wanted a platform and a particular expertise that the company in South Carolina had.”
