Bob Reynolds is a founding co-chair of the firm’s Energy Infrastructure Team. Mr. Reynolds concentrates principally on strategic enterprise projects, advanced energy platforms, carbon management strategies and complex sourcing arrangements. In the energy sector, Bob focuses on wind, solar and other generation platforms, ethanol, biodiesel, CTL and other fuels and Kyoto, CCX, storage and other carbon driven projects. In his sourcing practice, Bob is active in providing support for the development of global and domestic sourcing strategies, project implementation and technology deployment.

Mr. Reynolds is recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business as one of the leading outsourcing lawyers in the country. Bob is also listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America for sourcing and technology.

Bob received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Virginia in 1981. He received his J.D. in 1984 from Vanderbilt University where he was an editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and elected to Order of the Coif. Bob plays an active role in the community, having served on the boards of a number of non-profits with a focus on child welfare.
