Brian Stimson focuses his practice on complex litigation, trial and appellate advocacy, and investigations, primarily in the health care and telecommunications industries. He represents clients in commercial and business tort disputes, white collar criminal matters, regulatory litigation and consumer class actions.
Mr. Stimson is a vice-chair for the American Health Lawyers Association’s Payors, Plans, and Managed Care practice group, and a frequent lecturer on health care litigation issues.
Mr. Stimson earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002. While at the University of Georgia, Mr. Stimson served on the Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards and was a pupil in the Henry Joseph Lumpkin Inn of Court. He also coached the Jerome Prince Evidence Law Moot Court Team to a national championship.
Before attending law school, Mr. Stimson worked as a press assistant for U.S. Senator Fred Thompson and was a legislative assistant with United Parcel Service’s Public Affairs division in Washington, D.C.
