Certificate in Employee Benefits Law Seminar

Alston & Bird LLP featured four faculty members during this seminar hosted by the Institute for Applied Management & Law, Inc. Tom Schendt presented "Retirement Plans" on March 22 and 23, 8:00am - 4:00pm; Johann Lee presented "Special Benefits Issues" on March 24, 8:00am - 4:00pm; and John Hickman and Johann Lee presented "Welfare Benefit Plan Issues" on March 24, 8:00am - 4:00pm and March 25, 8:00am - 12:00pm.  The seminar covered employee benefits issues that arise in the design and administration of employee benefit plans, the management of their assets, controversies between plan sponsors, trustees, participants and the numerous government agencies that regulate these plans.
