Chris Riley is a trial lawyer in the Litigation and Trial Practice Group and a member of the Financial Services Litigation team. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on financial services litigation.
Mr. Riley has tried and litigated a wide assortment of commercial and financial services disputes in state and federal courts across the country. He has successfully represented banks, lenders, mortgage brokers, servicers, and other financial services and consumer finance companies in litigation, appeals, arbitrations, and pre-litigation counseling matters involving a variety of commercial disputes, including individual and class action claims. In addition to his financial services practice, Mr. Riley has frequently represented a variety of Fortune 500 companies in commercial litigation matters involving claims based on alleged breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, unfair competition and other business torts.
