We assist our clients’ procurement departments in structuring and negotiating their most sophisticated transactions.  In addition to our transactional expertise, we advise on transforming procurement processes to optimize the value of the function.  We recently counseled a major government entity in the Southern Hemisphere on its procurement improvement initiative in advance of an estimated $80 billion spend.
