David Keating is a corporate partner in the firm’s Technology Group and co-chairs the firm’s Privacy & Security Group. Mr. Keating represents clients in strategic corporate matters in the technology industry and in technology-related transactions across industries. His practice includes complex sourcing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, system integration and cloud computing/application service provider transactions, health information technology, and information technology procurement and distribution. His practice often includes cross-border matters with a particular emphasis on matters involving parties or operations in Europe, India and the People's Republic of China.

Mr. Keating’s privacy and security practice is focused on developing and implementing strategic compliance initiatives and on enabling critical transactions that raise complex privacy and security issues. He represents a broad array of U.S. and global businesses in compliance matters involving privacy and security laws in the United States, the European Union, Canada, the Asia-Pacific region and Latin America.
