Loan Originations

The attorneys within the firm’s loan origination practice strive to both meet and exceed the expectations of our lending clients. We represent local and national lending institutions, insurance companies, investors, pension funds, and landowners, developers and other borrowers in the loan origination process. Our experience in representing both lenders and borrowers affords us the unique ability to focus on the ultimate goal; to get the loan transaction closed as economically and efficiently as possible.

EXPERIENCE

We have significant expertise in all aspects of the lending process and provide valuable insight to lenders providing conduit loans, mezzanine loans, ground leases, A/B structures, sale/leaseback transactions, joint ventures and a myriad of other complex structured loan transactions.

In addition to our expertise and experience in closing loans, we are able to call on the firm’s practice expertise in workouts and restructuring, environmental law and loan servicing to provide advice that resolves potential issues before they arise during the life of the loan.
