Erin Connolly is a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group. Her litigation experience includes defending discrimination and retaliation claims under both federal and state laws. She also has substantial experience in prosecuting and defending actions involving claims for breach of restrictive covenants, breach of fiduciary duties, tortious interference with business relations, unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation.
Erin's practice includes counseling and advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws, as well as the development and implementation of workplace policies. She regularly assists clients in connection with the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements and restrictive covenant agreements.
Erin received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 2001, where she was a member of the editorial board of the Vanderbilt Law Review. She received her A.B. in economics and public policy from Duke University in 1998.
