Structured Finance & Securitization

Our attorneys have been active in the asset-backed and structured finance markets since the early 1980s, when these markets and their financing methods began their explosive growth. As a result, we offer our clients an impressive depth and breadth of expertise based on years of experience. Alston & Bird’s structured finance lawyers represent every category of participants in the structured finance markets, including many of the most active issuers, originators, servicers, trustees, master servicers, fund managers, investors, rating agencies and insurers. We have participated in thousands of transactions and have extensive experience in structuring and closing transactions with unusually complex structures in a wide variety of asset classes.
