Garrett Pendleton is an associate in the Atlanta office and member of the Litigation and Trial Practice Group. He focuses his practice on a broad range of complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes and insurance related class actions. Mr. Pendleton has counseled clients and litigated in the insurance, banking, real estate, corporate, international, aviation and class-action arenas. He has experience in shareholder derivative actions, international and domestic arbitrations, class-action and multi-jurisdictional litigation, as well as breach of contract, tort and equitable relief actions, and litigates matters in both state and federal courts across the country at both the trial and appellate levels. In addition, Mr. Pendleton's practice includes counseling clients in the development of business practices and strategies.
Mr. Pendleton received his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2004 where he completed the honors program and was selected a Dean's Fellow and a Stetson Ambassador. He received his M.B.A. from Stetson University School of Business Administration also in 2004 and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2001. Mr. Pendleton is a member of Phi Delta Phi, the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, the Florida Bar International Law Section, and he is a member of the International Programs Advisory Council for Stetson University College of Law. He is admitted to practice with the Florida Bar and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
