The HIT List is a service of Alston & Bird's Health Information Technology (HIT) Task Force. The HIT Task Force monitors regulatory and legislative action related to the HIT provisions in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). These updates focus on current news and events related to HIT certification, HIPAA privacy and security standards, and the adoption of electronic health records (EHRs).
