RECOGNITION

The excellence of our regulatory compliance practice stems from the personal experience behind the lawyers who make up the team – the former Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the current co-chair of the Food and Drug Committee of the American Bar Association, two current vice chairs of practice groups of the American Health Lawyers Association, a past member of the board of directors of the American Health Lawyers Association, and a member of the advisory board of BNA’s Plan and Provider Reporter. One of our attorneys served as the chair of the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and as president of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys. Additionally, our team includes three lawyers who have served as in-house counsel, a registered medical technologist and a health claims procedural coder.
