Healthcare Reform Seminar Series

John Hickman and Ashley Gillihan will serve as faculty members during this seminar hosted by The Self-Insurance Institute of America, Inc (SIIA).  John will present "Changes in Plan Design," 9:00am - 10:30am, and will discuss the impact PPACA has on plan design for self-insured plans and providers to employer-based health benefits. He will detail the applicable insurance market reforms and mandates for SIIA's plans, as well as present a timeline for implementation.  Ashley will present "Reporting Requirements and Fees," 10:45am - 11:15am, and will detail all of the new taxes, fees and reporting requirements for employer-based plans, as well as present the full timeline for implementation.
