Banking Industry Challenges in 2010: Issues and Risks for Bank Directors & Officers
Alston & Bird has kicked off a series of webinars for the first and second quarters of this year that will explore in-depth the legislative and regulatory actions that will force operational changes in the banking industry. In the current banking environment, the litigation risks to bank directors and officers are high. Understanding the steps that can be taken in anticipation of potential claims can guide board directors.
