Andi Gervais is an associate in the Global Finance & Debt Products Group, focusing her practice on commercial real estate, structured finance and loan servicing transactions. Ms. Gervais represents financial institutions in a variety of secured and unsecured financial transactions, including real property related transactions and loan servicing-related matters.
Andi received her J.D. in 2009 from Vanderbilt University Law School. She received her B.S. in conflict resolution and legal studies from Brenau University Women’s College, summa cum laude with honors, in 2004. Andi is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar and the Mecklenburg County Bar, and she also serves on Alston & Bird’s Pro Bono Committee. She is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
- Counsel to leading institutional lenders in various structured finance transactions including balance sheet lending and credit facilities secured by multifamily, warehouse, retail and industrial properties located in multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
- Counsel to private banks in connection with tailored lending programs and the issuance of term loans and credit facilities secured by marketable securities and real estate.
- Represents loan servicers with respect to lender consent issues, including commercial leasing matters, loan modifications, default issues and assumptions.
