Clare Draper Discusses “No-Match Letters” in Business Insurance

Clare Draper was quoted in an October 8th article in Business Insurance titled, “Employers fear fallout from 'no-match' rules - illegal immigration crackdown may spark suits.” In a discussion of employers’ concerns about greater employment discrimination risks under the Department of Homeland Security’s new regulation, “Safe-Harbor Procedures for Employers Who Receive a No-Match Letter,” Clare advised that, “The key for employers would be handling all no-match cases exactly the same way, regardless of an employee's national origin.”
