Jarrett Ellis is an associate in the Financial Services & Products Group and a member of the firm’s REIT Team. He represents REITs in their formation, securities offerings and ongoing securities law and corporate governance compliance. Jarrett also provides counsel for broker-dealer compliance issues in connection with the distribution of securities under FINRA regulations, including underwriting compensation arrangements for non-listed REITs.

Jarrett received his J.D. from Georgia State University, where he earned the Top Oralist award as a member of the Moot Court Board. He received his Masters in English Education from Georgia State University and his B.A. in English Literature from Oral Roberts University.
