Jessica Corley concentrates her practice on securities and complex commercial litigation, including securities class actions, derivative suits and broker/dealer matters. She also counsels companies regarding director and officer insurance issues, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley corporate governance and compliance. She has written or spoken on various commercial litigation topics, particularly in the area of securities litigation, including broker/dealer arbitration, electronic discovery, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Ms. Corley received her J.D., cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Louisville School of Law, where she was senior notes editor of the Brandeis Law Journal. She also received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Louisville in 1996. After law school, Ms. Corley served as law clerk to The Honorable Charles R. Simpson III of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. She is admitted to the Kentucky and Georgia Bar Associations.
