Joe Bolling is a member of the Financial Services & Products Group. He focuses his practice on securities transactions and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, payment systems transactions, and corporate governance and regulatory compliance for public and private companies primarily within the financial services industry.

Joe received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2008 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Georgia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Joe received his B.B.A., summa cum laude, with honors, in marketing from the University of Georgia.
