John Crews has represented clients in litigation matters nationally for over 20 years. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, he has litigated in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
John represents clients in a variety of industries including travel and transportation, accounting, computer and information technology, chemical, real estate, and insurance. His expertise extends to securities litigation, antitrust, contracts, accountant liability, employment, intellectual property/trade secrets, and insurance coverage and bad faith.
Throughout his career, John has tried numerous cases to verdict or judgment. He has also appeared before tribunals of the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce. John has also represented individuals, corporations, and professional services firms in a variety of governmental investigations, including investigations conducted by the United States Securities & Exchange Commission, the office of the New York Attorney General, the Internal Revenue Service and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
