Jon Shepherd's practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis in antitrust litigation and counseling. His extensive antitrust experience includes a number of notable civil and criminal matters.
Jon has been a frequent speaker on antitrust topics at CLE seminars. He also has published several articles on antitrust issues and was the editor of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section's Joint Venture handbook, published in 2006. Jon also served as a senior editor for the ABA's Antitrust Law Journal for several years.
In addition to antitrust, Jon has been involved in a wide range of other complex litigation matters and internal investigations. He also has represented companies involved in class actions pending throughout the country, including a managed care company defending claims asserted by hundreds of thousands of physicians, companies, officers, directors; accounting firms facing securities law claims asserted by shareholders; and companies facing claims asserted by classes of consumers.
