Kelly Wilcove is a partner in the Securities Litigation Group and a member of the Insurance Litigation & Regulation practice section. She focuses her practice on a variety of securities litigation matters and other complex commercial and business-related litigation, including securities class actions, derivative suits and broker-dealer-related litigation.

Ms. Wilcove is a board member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and the GAWL Foundation, and serves as vice president of GAWL’s Strategic Partnerships Committee. Kelly was awarded GAWL’s 2006 Spotlight Award and was honored as a 2007 Committee Star. She also sits on the Events Planning Committee and Research Committee for the Board of Directors of Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the number of women on corporate boards of directors. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association and the Atlanta Lawyer’s Club. Ms. Wilcove has written and lectured on a variety of securities litigation, corporate disclosure and insurance-related matters.

Ms. Wilcove received her J.D., magna cum laude, in 1998 at Albany Law School of Union University, where she was executive editor for production of the Albany Law Review and first place finalist of the Luke Charles Moore Civil Rights Moot Court Competition. Upon graduation, she was awarded membership in the Justinian Society and received the Securities Regulation Award. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in 1993 from the State University of New York at Albany. Ms. Wilcove is admitted to practice in Georgia state courts, the federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
