Ken Weigel has 30 years of experience in advising companies on all aspects of international trade regulatory issues. His substantive areas of practice encompass import issues, export controls, international trade proceedings, trade policy and international agreements. In these areas, Ken provides counseling, represents companies in audits and investigations and assists in the creation and implementation of compliance programs. He regularly appears before numerous U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Departments of Commerce (International Trade Administration and Bureau of Industry and Security) Justice, and State (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls), the U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) and the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
