Kristin Holloway Jones, an associate with the firm, focuses her practice on environmental enforcement and complex environmental and toxic tort litigation, including federal and state enforcement actions, private party litigation and ADR, as well as internal compliance investigations stemming from enforcement actions. As a member of the firm’s Climate Change and Carbon Management Team, Kristin also advises clients on a range of carbon management issues, with a particular focus on the development of carbon capture and storage (CCS) regulations in the United States and Canada, as well as the development and implementation of greenhouse gas emission regulatory schemes in the United States and abroad. Her work has appeared in numerous publications, including BNA Environment Reporter, BNA Expert Evidence Report, Mealey’s Emerging Toxic Torts, Point Carbon and ABA publications.
Ms. Jones has represented clients in a variety of civil and criminal environmental litigation and toxic tort litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including courts in Georgia, Alabama, California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
