• Advising a worldwide manufacturer of medical products and technology on its $850 million acquisition of the cardiac and vascular surgery divisions of a medical device company and $900 million acquisition of a leading manufacturer of products for clinical health care in the area of cardiovascular and vascular surgery.
• Representing a leading European provider of medical and care products in connection with its acquisition of a U.S.-based manufacturer of personal hygiene products for the nursing home and home care sector.
