Lisa Forman is a senior associate in the Global Finance & Debt Products Group. Her practice focuses on mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitization, where she has represented major financial institutions in their roles as trustee, master servicer and securities administrator. She also has experience in commercial real estate finance, commercial loan origination, and commercial loan portfolio servicing. Recently, she has counseled clients with transactional, bankruptcy and other litigation issues relating to the financial markets crisis and the resulting contraction of the global capital markets.
Lisa received her J.D., cum laude, in 2006 from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a member of the North Carolina Law Review. She received her B.A., cum laude, in 2000 in music and American studies from Skidmore College, where was a Filene Music Scholar.
