Liz Price is a partner and a member of the Litigation and Trial Practice Group and Products Liability Group. She heads the firm’s Biotechnology Products Liability Litigation Team. Liz concentrates her practice on trial work, with particular emphasis on product liability and toxic tort litigation.

Liz has experience in national products liability litigation as both trial, regional and national coordinating counsel. She has handled a wide variety of products cases, including asbestos, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, agricultural products, food, hydraulic machinery, and vending machines. Liz has also tried commercial, medical malpractice and toxic tort cases. She has handled cases throughout the U.S. and is experienced in the use of alternative dispute resolution methods.

Liz has written and lectured on biotechnology litigation, Daubert and expert selection, common law toxic torts, products liability, and case management issues. She is listed in Super Lawyers magazine.

Liz is the immediate past president of the largest voluntary bar association in the Southeast. She is a member of the Agriculture, General Practice & Trial, and Product Liability Sections of the State Bar of Georgia; serves on the Defense Research Institute, Trial Attorneys of America; Federal Defense and Corporate Council and served in the U.S. Army as an interrogator/Arabic linguist for three years.
