Mark Trainer is a senior associate in the firm’s Securities Litigation Group, where he focuses on business and securities litigation matters. Mr. Trainer has experience in securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative suits and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to securities-related litigation, Mr. Trainer has represented private and public companies in complex commercial and general business litigation, including litigation involving breach of contract, the UCC, receiverships, TROs, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and employment disputes. Mr. Trainer also has experience in Sarbanes-Oxley arbitration, as well as representing companies dealing with administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Mark is active in the community, having assisted low-income individuals through the Legal Aid Society. Mark has also volunteered his time at the Ronald McDonald House and by reading to inner-city elementary school children.
