Mr. Young’s employment litigation experience covers the panoply of employment conflicts, including claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination (including sex, race, disability, reverse discrimination and age), wage and hour (including class action defense), public policy violations and "whistleblower" matters. Mr. Young also supervises workplace investigations and counsels clients on numerous state and federal laws and regulations governing employment.
