Nachael Bright is a partner in the firm’s Global Finance & Debt Products Group, concentrating her practice in capital markets transactions. Ms. Bright regularly represents institutional lenders, finance companies and loan portfolio servicers in a variety of secured and unsecured financial transactions, including real estate financings, loan assumptions and syndicated financings. She also has experience in general corporate transactions and commercial leasing.
Ms. Bright is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council and she is a member of the Real Property Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
She received her J.D. in 2001 and her B.A. in 1998, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.
