For over 25 years, Pam has handled a wide variety of complex commercial real property transactions. She has been the lead attorney for transactions relating to every phase of real property acquisition, development, management, financing, leasing, and sale, and she regularly advises her clients on the risk allocation and due diligence aspects of their transactions. Pam has substantial experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing real property purchases and sales, commercial, retail, and industrial leases, option arrangements, rights of first refusal and rights of first offer, loan workouts and restructurings, letters of credit, foreclosures and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Pam has particular expertise in the design and management of large multisite transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Pam was senior vice president and general counsel to a publicly-traded real estate investment trust. She received her J.D. from George Washington University in 1985 and her B.A. from Scripps College in 1980.

- Represented a governmental entity in all aspects of the implementation of a legally-mandated transfer of hundreds of real property assets throughout California over a six-year period.
- Represented a major telecom company in negotiating and closing a build-to-suit lease for its new regional office headquarters and adjacent laboratory space.
- Represented a prominent national retail company in development of agreements for construction of a waste-to-fuel facility.
- Represented a high-net-worth investor in a three-property 1031 exchange transaction involving both a forward exchange and a reverse exchange involving office properties.
- Represented a major oil company in connection with construction loans, title analysis, a transfer of rights in a pipeline trestle, and numerous leasing matters.
- Represented a governmental entity in transactions for development and funding of new public buildings in seven California counties.
