We file U.S. and foreign patent applications -- the marjority of which we wrote -- for mechanical inventions in various industries including aerospace, automotive, computer hardware and software, composite materials, construction, consumer products packaging, lumber processing, medical products and devices, metalworking, nanotechnology, transportation and logistics, papermaking, power generation, sporting goods and textiles. We also prepare original patent applications in highly sophisticated technologies including friction stir welding, low-gravity cryogenic fuel tank construction, jet engine fan blade metallurgy, plasma arc cutting and machine tool design and file design patent applications for furniture, sports equipment, housings for electrical and mechanical devices and product containers.

DISTINCTIONS
Our group is diverse in the experience it brings to bear on client matters. Included in the group are three former examiners of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, a senior attorney recognized in Chambers USA for patent prosecution expertise, and several attorneys with undergraduate, graduate and doctorate degrees. Our group is adept at serving several German companies; one of our lawyers is proficient in German and holds dual degrees in mechanical engineering and German, and another is a native German patent translator.
