Alexander Lorenzo, a partner in the New York office, is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and government investigations.
Alex has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including litigation involving insurance coverage, intellectual property rights, RICO claims, fraud, breach of contract, malpractice, and fiduciary relationships. His experience spans federal, state and arbitration practice, and includes appeals and bankruptcy proceedings.
Additionally, Alex has successfully represented individuals and entities before state and federal investigative agencies, including investigations involving public disclosures, campaign donations and fraud.
Alex received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Notre Dame Law School in 2005. At Notre Dame, he was an article editor for the Notre Dame Law Review. Alex received his A.B. in 2002 from Dartmouth College, where he majored in economics and government.
