- Co-lead counsel in a putative nationwide consumer class action involving immune and energy boosting claims made by the manufacturer of a vitamin C-based dietary supplement Emergen-C. Defeated class certification.
- Lead counsel in a putative nationwide class action challenging satellite dish installation practices; obtained a dismissal with prejudice for a lack of jurisdiction relying on local action doctrine.
- Obtained the dismissal of all claims in a putative nationwide class action alleging a defective HD DVR.
- Representing DIRECTV in two antitrust class action cases involving the NHL’s and MLB’s blackout rules and exclusive telecast territories

- Obtained TRO to prevent a foreign-owned defendant from liquidating and distributing assets to an overseas parent corporation.
- Litigated a breach of fiduciary duty and professional responsibility matter involving over $100 million in claims brought by famous heiress.
- Lead counsel representing nonparty satellite television provider in connection with the pretrial and trial of National Football League Players Assoc. v. National Football League.
- Lead counsel in a putative nationwide consumer class action based on alleged false advertising regarding a product promotional program.
- Lead counsel in a dealer termination arbitration in which the client defeated all claims, prevailed on its counterclaims and was awarded attorneys’ fees.
- Represented a major turbocharger manufacturer in a breach of development contract involving claims of over $100 million.
- Defended a computer storage manufacturer in monopolization and tying case. Obtained a full defense verdict after a three month jury trial.
- Obtained a $30 million judgment for the client in a Rule 10(b)(5) and breach of fiduciary duty securities fraud suit.
