Brian Park is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation & Trial Practice Group. His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, with an emphasis on corporate defense. He has extensive litigation experience in a broad range of matters involving commercial contracts, intellectual property, trade dress, unfair competition, toxic torts, land use and real estate. Aside from litigation, Mr. Park also has experience in trademark prosecution and Internet domain disputes.
Mr. Park is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation in both federal and state courts. He is licensed to practice law in California and is also an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
During law school, Mr. Park interned in the Netherlands for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, where he focused on the criminal prosecution of individuals indicted for crimes against humanity and war crimes arising out of the conflict in the Balkans during the 1990's.
Prior to his career in law, Mr. Park was an archaeologist working in various locations such as Egypt, Sudan, and California.
