Cedric Allen’s practice centers on intellectual property, and in particular, patent litigation. Mr. Allen has experience with technologies including telecommunications, wireless networks, electronics, and computer software. Mr. Allen handles matters on behalf of clients against non-practicing entities as well as competitor v. competitor litigation.
Mr. Allen began his career at Alston & Bird’s Dallas office in September 2011. He received his B.S. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the Texas Law Review and as a member of the Order of the Barristers.
