Devora Snyder is an associate in the firm's Global Finance & Debt Products Group. Her practice focuses on representing both financial institutions and companies in a variety of corporate finance transactions including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, structured financings, acquisition financings and asset-based financings. Devora also provides pro bono counsel to the Center on Wrongful Convictions at Northwestern University's School of Law.
Devora earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2010. During law school, she served as a contributing editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law, president of the Business Law Association and co-president of the International Law Society. In 2008, Devora clerked for Israeli Supreme Court Justice Ayala Procaccia in Jerusalem, Israel. Devora received her B.A. in anthropology and Middle Eastern studies (MEALAC), with highest departmental honors, from Columbia University in 2005.
