Gary Adamson is an associate in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. His practice is focused on general commercial litigation.
Gary has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including litigation involving fraud, breach of contract, RICO claims, securities law, and agency and fiduciary relationships. His experience spans federal and state practice and appeals.
Gary received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2009. While at Cornell, he received the Kaiser Best Brief Award in 2007 and participated in several moot court competitions, notably as a finalist in the 2007 Cuccia Cup Moot Court Competition. Gary received his B.A. in 2006 from Brigham Young University, where he majored in political science.
