Jeff Adams concentrates his practice on the negotiation and preparation of real estate partnership agreements and the resulting transactional documents for the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of commercial real estate. He has experience representing large institutional and private fund investors; developers of retail, office and industrial properties; and publicly traded real estate investment trusts.
Mr. Adams received his J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law in 2008, where he was executive editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum. He received his B.A. in history from Duke University in 2004.
- Represented a private real estate investment fund in numerous joint ventures to acquire multifamily and retail projects throughout the Southeast.
- Represented an Atlanta-based developer in a joint venture in connection with the development of multifamily projects in Florida and Tennessee.
- Served as counsel to a publicly traded real estate investment trust on multifamily housing sales throughout the country.
