Joe All is a member of Alston & Bird's Real Estate Group. His practice concentrates on commercial real estate development, investment and leasing.
Mr. All is a member of REGA, NAIOP, the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker on various real estate topics, including contract drafting techniques, easement laws and real estate aspects of corporate finance transactions, and he published an article on landlord lien waiver issues in Commercial Leasing Law & Strategy.
Mr. All received a J.D. in 1999 from Georgia State University College of Law, magna cum laude, where he was a member of the Georgia State Law Review. He received a B.A. in 1994 from the University of Georgia.
- Manages the legal work for three of the regional offices of one of the nation’s largest privately held industrial developers and merchant builders.
- Counsel to a variety of clients in sale-leaseback transactions to industrial development authorities.
- Real estate counsel to corporate clients, including overseeing the real estate aspects of a $265 million credit facility, acting as borrower’s counsel and supervising the real estate work associated with a $112 million financing secured by mortgages on more than 190 properties around the country and with a $20 million credit facility secured by mortgages on 400 properties around the country, in each instance acting as lender’s counsel.
