Josh Lynch concentrates his practice on commercial real estate investment, joint ventures, financings and leasing involving all major property types. He represents a variety of institutional investors (including REITs and pension funds), developers and corporate owners.
Josh received his J.D. in 2007 from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as the managing associate justice of the Moot Court Board. In 2002, he earned his B.S., summa cum laude, in accounting and finance from Florida State University. Prior to attending law school, Josh passed the CPA exam and worked as a staff accountant with Ernst & Young.
- Counsel to one of the nation’s largest privately held industrial developers in connection with the formation of various joint ventures comprised of industrial real estate properties valued in excess of $500 million.
- Counsel to a variety of clients in the negotiation and closing of secured loans and other property-level financing involving all property types.
- Counsel to a real estate developer in obtaining a $60 million unsecured revolving credit facility.
- Counsel to a public REIT in connection with its acquisition and financing of retail shopping centers throughout the Southeast and California.
