Louis Dennig is an associate in the firm's Litigation & Trial Practice Group. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from American University's Washington College of Law in 2010, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also served as the senior articles editor of The American University Law Review and as a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration moot court team, participating in competitions in Vienna and Hong Kong. Following law school, Mr. Dennig clerked for the Senior Judges at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He received his B.A. from Bates College, where he studied political science.
An Alston & Bird team led by Washington, D.C. corporate transactions and securities partner Keith E. Gottfried represented the special committee of the board of directors of publicly traded New Frontier Media, Inc., in its sale to LFP Broadcasting, LLC. New Frontier, based in Boulder, Colorado, is a leading provider of transactional television services and distributor of general motion picture entertainment.
