Nick Lynton is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group. He focuses his practice on business litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes. Mr. Lynton has represented companies in financial services, real estate, health care and trade secret litigation in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Lynton received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2009. While at Vanderbilt, Mr. Lynton served as the executive editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and was a member of the Dean’s List. Mr. Lynton received his B.A. in American Studies and English from Tulane University in New Orleans.
